Design Sprint Process
One week is a perfect time frame to design and test an idea with a final workshop to review results and iterate.
Understand and map the challenge in detail. Train teams on new processes (and mindsets!) to brainstorm effectively. Sketch out possible solutions and democratically decide on the ultimate solution. Create high-fidelity prototypes, then test the solution on real users. Finally, present back learnings and decide on the next iterations.
