Design Sprint Process
The Design Sprint format depends on your team’s design and product knowledge, but a 4-day sprint is a perfect time-frame to understand and map the challenge in detail, train teams on new processes (and mindsets!) brainstorm effectively, sketch out possible solutions, democratically decide on the ultimate solution, create high-fidelity prototypes, test the solution on real users and finally, present back learnings and decide on the next iterations.

Iteration Sprint
Running iteration sessions based on user feedback and tests, soon after the first sprint allows you to test your updated prototype or feature update again quickly to validate the solution or iterate again before finalising the development backlog.
